Setup Roles and Rules

Igloovy allows schools and educators to configure roles and rules with dynamic role management. before making an event you need to set up your role and rules.

  1. Role Management: form the Circle Setting section you can access the role management section.

  1. Define a Role: from the Role section click on the Create Role button and make your first role. our system has 3 default roles. Student, Teacher, and Analyzer. also, you can add more roles to your circle.

  1. Edit Permissions: from the Roles table you can manage the roles permissions.

After the change, you must save your new permission configuration

  1. Assign the Role: after making a role you can assign your members to roles, do not forget one member in this version can have just one role in one specific circle.

You Can assign or revoke the user from the role list
